Tax reforms will allow the government to increase public spending for infrastructure. We all know that poor infrastructure is one of the factors that keep foreign investors away. We should have a more competitive and more responsive infrastructure development program corresponding to 5 percent of GDP. Infrastructure development must dovetail with programs deigned to strengthen the country’s competitiveness. We should invite the private sector to take an active part in infrastructure development.
