User-generated content pertains to all information posted by members of PoliticalArena.com. All user-generated content are the sole responsibility of the members. Members should follow appropriate User Conduct in posting user-generated content. Members are not allowed to post and share user-generated content that he/she did not create. All user-generated content will be moderated by the Website administrator. The Website administrator shall have the right to remove content if proven to have violated the Terms of Service, or if deemed to cause offense to members and other people, or pose a threat to national security. The Company reserves the right to delete such contents without prior notice and further explanation to the member involved.
Posting of user-generated content to PoliticalArena.com gives the Site rights to use the said contents for any related activities for the continuous patronage of the Site. Site will still be responsible for giving due credit to the member responsible of the content.
All user-generated content maybe deleted by the member, however, member should be aware that the deleted contents are still stored in the database of the Site for archiving purposes. PoliticalArena.com does not warrant any ownership with posted user-generated contents, but asserts its rights and all other rights as stipulated in this Term, and still recognizes the ownership of the members.
User Conduct

The Website does not, in any manner, provide favors to any of the politicians on the Site or allow them to use the site as a campaign tool. Nor does the Website discriminate any of the political figures featured. Featured politicians also disclaim any personal relationship with the Website administrators.
Featured Politicians in the website are featured by invitation only subject to approval of the Website administrators. New request for featured politicians will be evaluated for approval.
PoliticalArena.com is for personal use of its members and featured politicians only and may not be used for commercial purposes. Individuals, organizations, companies and/or other businesses who registered in the website are not allowed to use the website for purpose of advertising and/or selling.
