The Website is an interactive online platform which aims to contribute to nation-building through dissemination of information for the upcoming elections. It does not, and will never, support or endorse any candidate.
Candidates who are part of the Website have agreed to abide by the Election Code of the Philippines as set by the Commission on Elections and the laws on libel, defamation, and slander under the Revised Penal Code and other applicable laws. Therefore, any content are subject to restrictions or limitation set by the said code and laws.
In the spirit of a smear-free venue of information, candidates will refrain from uploading any content that is defamatory or offensive against a fellow candidate.
Also, the candidate must not use the Website for propagation of information that is false, misleading or deceptive by nature.
Candidates understand that when using the Website, candidates will be exposed to submissions from a variety of sources, and that we are not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such user submissions. Candidates further understand and acknowledge that he/she may be exposed to user submissions that are objectionable which we are not obliged to remove from the Website in order that every user can express their own comments freely, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against us with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the Website.
