Tulong Villar: Rescue and Relief Operations has started deploying dump trucks to areas affected by the typhoon since Saturday afternoon (26 September 2009). Villar's team have started distributing food early morning of Sunday (27 September 2009). A total of 40 dump trucks and 2 rubber boats are being utilized. The rescue and relief operations are still ongoing. As of 6pm, we have distributed a total of 22, 213 packs of food and have rescued 3,075 people.
