are we not wary of all the laws filed and enacted in congress (both bodies)? a lot of them are in place. Why don't you provide a WORKABLE, DOABLE, PRACTICAL means to implement these laws so that the common tao on the street can experience the lives all politicians claim want to enrich!

Why not include those students in Grade 3 to 6 in mandatory feeding program? or up to high school? Majority of those dropped out students are now working to support their families, how are you going to address it?
